SIRIUS MAGAZINE WITH TAA09

The portuguese biggest aviation magazine, SIRIUS Aviation & Space, published on the Mar/Apr 09 edition, an article about the Humanitarian Expedition. On it, you can find not only an interview with the pilot Carlos Fernandes conducted by journalist Paula Carvalho, but also the challenging routing of the TRANS AFRICAN AIR 09.

RANI RESORTS SUPPORT

Once again, the magnificent RANI RESORTS will support the TRANS AFRICAN AIR 09 - HUMANITARIAN EXPEDITION. It will consists in lodging facilities and logistic support in Vilanculos area in Mozambique.

The TAA09 team would like to thanks to the RANI RESORTS managing board, this important support promising several low passes on a small RANI airshow.....

MEDICINES SELECTION

As a development of the humanitarian aid supplied in 2007, when the TAA09 team delivered one tonne of medicines in Mozambique's remote areas, and in order to get more quantities of medicines for the TRANS AFRICAN AIR 09 - HUMANITARIAN EXPEDITION, the TAA09 team contacted the Mozambican Ministry Of Health to check the quantities and the nature of the medicines that they need most in Mozambique.

Mr.Dr. Ivo Garrido, Minister of Health of Mozambique, advised Mrs.Noémia Muissa, director of the mozambican ministry of health medicines supply department, to elaborate a list of the most needed medicines.

As soon as we receive it, the company FRESENIUS - LABESFAL supplied us a huge amount of the needed medicines, supporting once again the humanitarian aerial expedition. All the TAA09 team would like to thanks the board of directors of FRESENIUS - LABESFAL.
